    Rachael Cassells, MA, is a photographer, filmmaker, creative strategist, writer, editor and advisor dedicated to supporting and amplifying the work and voices of leaders in the creative, cultural, health, social justice and climate fields. She has extensive experience producing and editing short-form documentary projects, oral histories, community testimonies, and storytelling and communications content for various nonprofit organizations, communities and leaders.

    Halimat Olunlade combines her passion for environmental health with creative storytelling in her role for QC. Growing up in urban environments, she understands firsthand the impact of noise pollution on community wellbeing. As an ecology student at Northeastern University with a background in science communication, she brings a unique perspective to environmental advocacy. She also contributes as a writer and editor for the Quiet Matters Newsletter.

    Abigail Harrison is a reporter and photojournalist based in the American West. She is currently working as a staff writer at the Gunnison Country Times, on the Western Slope of Colorado. She received her master’s degree from the Columbia Journalism School and is the founder of the Western Slope Photojournalism Workshop, an intensive summer journalism course for young people in rural Colorado.

    Dee Williams is the Technology Assistant at Quiet Communities. She has a background in research and data analysis and is currently pursuing a master’s in computer science at Boston University. Dee is based in Boston, Massachusetts, and is passionate about the possibility of using technology to increase the reach and capabilities of nonprofits seeking to make a positive impact on the world. She attended Brown University as an undergraduate.

    Julie Kolehouse, MS, is a graduate of the Urban and Regional Planning Program, University of Wisconsin-Madison, with volunteer experience in NYC municipal programs and years of health administration experience in various university hospital settings.

    Prabashni Reddy, PharmD, established and directs the Center for Drug Policy at Mass General Brigham (formerly Partners Healthcare), where she oversees a team of pharmacists and analysts that develops system-level drug policy.
